Return Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged during delivery
• Wrong product delivered
• Product has major manufacturing defects
• Missing items in the package

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID
• Product images/videos
• Clear issue description

Requests received after the allowed timeline may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom handmade creations
• Personalized products
• Festival special creations
• Heritage treasures & vintage collectibles
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Minor handmade variations in design, color, or texture

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

• Same product replacement
• Alternative product of equal value
• Store credit (if replacement unavailable)

Exchange approval depends on product verification by our support team.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only if replacement is unavailable.
• Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

Damaged Product Claims

Customers are requested to record an unboxing video while opening the package. This helps us verify damaged or missing product claims quickly and smoothly.
Without proper proof, return/exchange requests may not be approved.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Orders already processed, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled.
